Are all products unstitched?

Yes. All our products are premium unstitched suit sets, allowing you to get them stitched according to your preferred style and fit.


Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. Currently, Urban Darzi accepts online prepaid payments only through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other locations: 4–7 business days


How much are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹5,995.

For orders below ₹5,995, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns are not accepted once an order has been successfully delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a continuous unboxing video, your Order ID, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.


Do you offer customised stitching?

At present, Urban Darzi primarily offers premium unstitched suit sets. If customised stitching services become available in the future, they will be announced on our website and social media platforms.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.


Do the product colours exactly match the images?

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, or photography.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through Razorpay, including:

  • UPI
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Popular Wallets (where available)

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


Do you ship across India?

Yes. Urban Darzi currently ships across India. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
