Returns & Exchange

At Urban Darzi, every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy below before placing your order.

Returns


Returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To help us verify the issue, we request that you record a continuous unboxing video while opening the parcel and share clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return or replacement requests can only be considered after our team has reviewed the submitted proof. Requests made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Exchange Policy


We offer exchanges only if you receive an incorrect product or a product that has been damaged during transit. Please report such issues within 3 days of delivery. Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange the exchange process.

Reporting An Issue


To help us verify your request, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • A continuous unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)

Our team will review the submitted details and respond as soon as possible.

Customised Orders


Products that have been customised or stitched according to customer requirements are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if a customised order is delivered with a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transit, or you receive the wrong customised product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Kindly share a continuous unboxing video, your Order ID, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return or exchange requests are subject to verification by our team.
  • Requests made after the specified time period may not be accepted.
  • Urban Darzi reserves the right to approve or decline any request that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
